Work With Paula
Coaching for women navigating change, transition, and the question: “Who am I becoming now?”
Change can arrive in many ways.
Sometimes you choose it.
Sometimes it chooses you.
It might come through a career shift, redundancy, a relationship change, divorce, a new chapter, bereavement, a relocation, a health wake-up call, children growing up, business growth, burnout, or the quiet realisation that the life you have been living no longer feels like the full version of you.
On the outside, you may still look capable, responsible, and in control.
Inside, it may feel very different.
You might feel uncertain, restless, resentful, invisible, overwhelmed, or strangely disconnected from yourself. You may know something needs to change, but not yet know what that change should look like. Or you may already know what needs to happen, but feel held back by guilt, fear, self-doubt, or the weight of other people’s expectations.
This is where my work begins.
I support women who are navigating change and want to move through it with greater clarity, confidence, integrity and self-trust.
My coaching is transformational and identity-based. That means we do not just look at the practical circumstances of your life. We look at who you are becoming through them.
We explore the patterns, beliefs, roles, emotional habits, and old identities that may be shaping your choices. We look at what you have outgrown, what still matters, and what needs to shift so that you can move forward in a way that feels honest, grounded, and truly your own.
It is about loving yourself yourself more deeply, making sense of the change you are in, and choosing your next chapter with more courage and conviction. I like to think of it as moving from surviving the thriving
Whether you are looking for a focused piece of support, a deeper transformational journey, or a clearer understanding of where you are right now, there are different ways to work with me.
Each offer is designed to meet you at a different point in the change process.
You do not need to have it all worked out before you begin. You only need to be willing to be honest about what is no longer working — and curious about what might now be possible.
