Terms & Conditions – Recalibration Session

By booking a Clarity Breakthrough Session with Paula Smith Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Booking

The session fee of £145 is due in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Sessions are scheduled via the provided calendar link.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
You may request to reschedule once, subject to Paula Smith Coaching’s availability.

3. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in a confidential and supportive environment.
Information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost respect and privacy, in line with ethical coaching standards.
Paula Smith Coaching may keep brief, anonymised session notes for professional purposes; these are stored securely.

4. Session Delivery

Sessions are delivered via Zoom.
Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space and can join promptly at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund adjustment.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

This session provides personal development coaching, designed to offer insight, clarity, and guidance.
It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes following the session.

6. Results Disclaimer

Every Clarity Breakthrough Session is designed to facilitate personal awareness and transformation therefore individual results vary.
Paula Smith Coaching cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on each client’s engagement and follow-through.

7. Recording & Privacy

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
If a recording is made for your personal use, it will be shared securely and deleted within 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methods shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Paula Smith Coaching.
These may be used for your personal development only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Paula Smith Coaching accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this session.
You acknowledge that coaching is not therapy and agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the process.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

By booking your session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms
